In 2021 the Marsden Kiwi Bespoke Partnership was formed.  Combining Kiwi’s experience with Marsden Capital’s investment capacity has enabled us to continue with our quest to redefine home building and deliver high quality new homes to a wider audience; and all whilst maintaining the same level of precision and care that has defined our work for over a decade.
